THE BULLS AND THE BEARS
The Bulls are a running - Their hooves are well
worn
Don’t fight with the trend - Or they’ll
gore you with scorn
But the Bears don’t seem bothered - They
know it will end
They’re betting it all, sell short - Is
the message they send!!
This can’t go on forever - "Oh it
will", says the Bull
"Not so!!", says the Bear -"Someone
will give the plug a pull"
The Bears are a circling - Their gloves are
held high
Waiting for an opening - As the Bulls gaze to
the sky!!
The Experts keep yammering - "Buy gold
or get cash
Hindsight’s 20 - 20 - With your money they’ll
buy trash
This stock will be running - That stock is dead
Get the Journal or IBD - If you’re going
to be well read!!
You’ve just made a killing - Your company’s
been sold
You’ve got to tell somebody - How often
do you strike gold
Now you’re the expert - What should I buy,
do you think
Well, I’ve just purchased So and So - Let’s
discuss it over a drink!!
And so goes the story - Of fear and of greed
Some think the market hates them - Therapy is
their need
But the Bears never tire - And the Bulls shake
their heads
One will be running tomorrow - And the other
will be dead!!
So what is the moral to this story - About the
Bull and the Bear
What they argue about is timing - They both
want more than their share
The Market goes up - And the Market goes down
The Experts tell us why - But is their judgement
that sound!!
Trying this and trying that - Hey! It was up
yesterday
I’ve got to make a killing - I’ve
still got bills to pay
Many people play the market - But who wins in
the end
The fellow who’s got discipline - And money
to spend!!
